Servings: 6

Time:
Cook: 30 minutes
Prep: 15 minutes
Total: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

4-5 medium russet potatoes, cleaned
1/4C Country Crock original butter
1/4C Simple Truth Plant Based Sour Cream
1/4C Country Crock Plant Cream
Salt
Pepper
Hand mixer

Instructions:

  1. Boil the potatoes whole until fork tender.
  2. Drain the potatoes and put them in a mixing bowl and add the butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, and plant cream.
  3. Mix with a hand mixer until well combined and the desired consistency has been reached.
  4. Enjoy your easy, delicious potatoes!
