Total: 1 hour, 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breast, whole or diced
  • 1 cup uncooked rice (I use jasmine)
  • 1/2 packet Moms place cream of chicken mix
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 375°F
  2. Mix the milk and cream of chicken packet together.
  3. Put rice, cream of chicken, and water together in a baking dish.
  4. Top with chicken, then onion soup mix.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake for one hour.
  7. Serve with vegetable of your choice. We like roasted broccoli or green beans.
