Tools
Small sauce pot

I generally measure with my heart, but here’s a guess of a single portion 🙃

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of pot-sized angel hair pasta
  • 2T DF butter
  • 1T chicken bullion powder (I use Orrington Farms)
  • 1T garlic powder
  • 1/4C parsley
  • 1/3C Country Crock Plant Cream
  • (Optional) 1/4C Follow Your Heart Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Add bullion powder and butter to water and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in pasta and cook until done.
  3. Drain half or more of the water and reduce heat to low/medium.
  4. Stir in garlic powder and parsley.
  5. Stir in Plant Cream (and Parmesan if using) to desired creaminess.
  6. I like to add a little more Plant Cream in the bowl once it’s cooled a little for that perfect creamy taste.

Enjoy every last bite!
