Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayo (I use hellmans)
  • 1 cup dairy free sour cream (I like violife or simple truth for this)
  • 1T lemon juice
  • 2t parsley
  • 1.5t garlic powder
  • 1t dill, fresh or dried
  • 1t chives, fresh or freeze dried
  • 1/2t salt
  • 1/2t pepper
  • for dressing add: 1/4 cup Country Crock Plant Cream*

Instructions:

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
  • Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to seven days.

*for a thinner consistency or to make ranch dressing, include the plant cream

Notes:

– This is best if you mix it up the day before and let it sit overnight.

– You can mix just the seasonings together in a large batch and use 2T of seasonings with the wet ingredients for a quick dip or dressing. I will come back and add a large batch recipe soon.

When you make this, please tag me so I can see!
