so much better than hidden valley

I’ve been making this for at least five years and it never disappoints!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayo (I use hellmans)
- 1 cup dairy free sour cream (I like violife or simple truth for this)
- 1T lemon juice
- 2t parsley
- 1.5t garlic powder
- 1t dill, fresh or dried
- 1t chives, fresh or freeze dried
- 1/2t salt
- 1/2t pepper
- for dressing add: 1/4 cup Country Crock Plant Cream*
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to seven days.
*for a thinner consistency or to make ranch dressing, include the plant cream
Notes:
– This is best if you mix it up the day before and let it sit overnight.
– You can mix just the seasonings together in a large batch and use 2T of seasonings with the wet ingredients for a quick dip or dressing. I will come back and add a large batch recipe soon.
