Dairy Free Dijon Ham Sliders

Ingredients:

  • leftover spiral sliced ham
  • SaraLee Artisan Rolls
  • 1/2 bag Moocho Mozzarella (or the flavor of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1T minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 T dijon mustard
  • 2T dried parsley

Instructions:

  • Line a sheet pan with foil and preheat over to 350*F
  • Place the rolls on the pan and cut them in half
  • Place the ham and cheese over the bottom half of the rolls
  • Cover with the tops of the rolls
  • Mix the butter, garlic, dijon, and parsley until fully incorporated
  • Pour over the top and make sure all of the top is covered with the sauce
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until brown
  • Cut and serve with fries of your choice. We served these with sautéed broccoli too.
