Easy Cherry Tomato Slicer
Servings: 12
Time:
15 minutes prep, 5 minutes active
20 minutes total
Ingredients:
- 1 package cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 avocados, diced
- 2 cans corn, drained
- juice from 1 lime
- 1/4c diced or shredded cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir.
- Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
