the most delicious twist on a chicken spaghetti dish

I realized, as I was editing the reel for this recipe that I used to make it as a bake. So I’ve added that optionally below. It’s great either way!
Ingredients:
- One package, chorizo, diced
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- One medium onion, diced
- One large can tomato sauce
- 1 Package Moocho mozzarella
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- If baking, preheat oven to 375°F
- Cook the onion over medium heat in oil or butter, salt lightly
- Cook the diced chorizo in the pan with the onion
- When the oils have released, add the diced chicken and cook thoroughly
- Boil pasta. (Keep it a little undercooked if baking.)
- If baking, add pasta, chicken chorizo mix, and tomato sauce to a 9×9 square baking dish. Stir lightly and bake for 20 minutes, add Moocho Mozzarella and bake for 5 more minutes. I like to add a bowl of boiling water to create steam in the oven, as this helps the cheese melt better.
- Otherwise, add the tomato sauce into the pan with your chicken chorizo mix. Service over pasta and top with Moocho Mozzarella.
