I love this recipe because it only takes about an hour of my active time and the results are AMAZING! I highly recommend using a stand mixer instead of hand kneading. Game changer!
Allergy swaps:
1. Butter – violife unsalted stick butter.
2. Milk – Planet Oat Barista Milk.
3. Cream cheese – I have tried two options so far and recommend the violife cream cheese for this, as it compliments this recipe best, even if it’s isn’t usually my favorite
Notes:
- Cut into 1” instead of 2” strips for smaller cinnamon rolls that are more portion-friendly. I froze the second half before the final rise to bake later.
